Our premium quality pizza bases are made in Bologna, Italy, using '00' grade flour, 80% dough, yeast, salt and little bit of Olive Oil.
All Bases are hand rolled, rested and proven over a two day period.
Once topped with a special Italian recipe sauce made of the finest cooked tomatoes, olive oil and oregano, they are par-baked in
a wood
burning furnace to trap and retain all the natural authentic flavours.
They are then blast frozen and have a twelve month shelf life.
In keeping with traditional Italian standards, there are no preservatives, additivies, colours or GM products in our bases.
